Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most unused items in original condition. Custom/special orders may not be returned.
Return Requirements
- Items must be:
- Unused/uninstalled
- In original packaging
- With all tags/manuals
- Free of damage/alterations
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom fabricated parts
- Cut/length-specific materials
- Electrical components (once installed)
- Hazardous materials
- Special order items
How to Return
- Obtain RMA number via our portal
- Securely package items
- Include completed return form
- Ship prepaid to our facility
Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Allow 5-7 business days after receipt
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- Restocking fees may apply (20% for certain items)
Defective/Wrong Items
For defective or incorrect shipments:
- Notify us within 7 days of receipt
- Provide photos/documentation
- We’ll cover return shipping costs
- Replacement or full refund available
Marine Equipment Special Notes
- Electronics must show no signs of installation
- Engine parts require oil-free return
- All safety items must be sealed/unused
International Returns
- Customer responsible for return shipping
- Customs/duties non-refundable
- Must include all import documentation
